A strategic leadership role at the heart of CSIS’ future
As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a central role in defining how CSIS attracts, engages, develops, and retains top talent. You will lead our People & Culture initiatives across all levels of the organization and be a trusted advisor to executives and managers. You will have executive responsibility for the People & Culture function, ensuring that CSIS delivers on its ambition to be a magnet for top talent in 2026 and beyond.
You will be joining a leading European tech enabled cybersecurity and intelligence company, with 140 colleagues based in Copenhagen, Skanderborg and London. We are owned by Allurity, a group of world-class cybersecurity players operating in a decentralized model, whose joint mission is to enable a safe digital world. This means that you will be part of an international organization of around 800 team members, and you will benefit from being the company representative in two strong networks across our 10 sister companies regarding People, and ESG & Impact.
The People and Culture function includes HR, facility, events and ESG & Impact. You will be working with 3 amazing colleagues: our Facility Coordinator Dorte, who is based in Copenhagen, our Senior Event Manager, Maria, based in Skanderborg and our Senior HR Partner, Moya, based in London.
You will design and implement HR strategy, oversee operational excellence, and lead critical initiatives across talent attraction, culture, careers, and learning. You will also provide senior-level guidance on organizational development, leadership support, and complex HR matters. You will be part of the Senior Leadership Team reporting directly to the CEO.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
Lead the strategic HR agenda, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term growth.
Drive talent attraction efforts, including employer branding, recruitment systems, recruitment processes, etc.
Strengthen CSIS’ culture and engagement through targeted initiatives and leadership support.
Oversee career development, capability building, and learning strategies.
Ensure and deliver operational excellence in HR administration, systems, compliance, and supplier partnerships.
Manage legal cases and compliance.
Lead the team with a focus on engagement, delegation, respect, and professionalism.
Be a champion for ESG and Impact initiatives, reporting and collaboration.
Oversee and contribute to maintaining a professional and engaging office environment at the head office and delivering state of the art internal and external events.
About you
You are a seasoned HR leader who brings vision, structure, and empathy to your work. You thrive in senior leadership settings, communicate clearly and confidently, and are skilled at balancing strategy with execution. You build strong relationships, challenge constructively, and enable leaders to succeed through their teams. You bring a proactive and persistent approach to driving results.
You bring:
5+ years of HR leadership experience at a senior/strategic level.
Broad operational HR experience and strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes.
Solid knowledge of Danish labour law and HR compliance.
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, including senior stakeholder management.
Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to drive complex initiatives.
A cooperative, empathetic, self-driven, and resilient mindset.
